Position Summary

eX² Technology is seeking a dynamic individual skilled in B2B marketing and digital content creation to join our small, but mighty Marketing team. As a Marketing Coordinator, this person will help support our Marketing and Proposal Development departments by providing creative, customer-focused marketing campaigns and eye-catching collateral to target and capture new customer opportunities. Our ideal candidate is dedicated to hard work, has a willingness to learn and thrives in a team environment. Roles & Responsibilities

We believe the Marketing Coordinator plays an important role in our organization. The selected candidate will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Marketing and Proposal Development and participate in a wide variety of functions from social media marketing to tradeshow & event planning to graphic design and everything in between! Duties & Skills

  • Organizing digital campaigns, monitoring and updating public-facing website and social media sites and developing graphic elements consistent with corporate branding guidelines
  • Working closely with all departments to help develop marketing campaigns that articulate eX²’s capabilities and service offerings, drive new business and reinforce the company’s brand within the various industries we serve
  • Managing all aspects of industry conferences and tradeshows, including individual and company registrations, helping to develop promotional campaigns via social media, email and print marketing, identifying new opportunities that align with our target audience(s), planning and ordering incentives, shipping and tracking of all materials and following up with event coordinators
  • Assisting in the development and design of sales enablement materials, including company brochures, marketing slicks, website content, video scripts, case studies, press releases and inside sales scripts
  • Understanding competitor product and service offerings and identifying key differentiators to utilize in our sales and marketing initiatives
  • Contributes to meeting the Marketing team’s objectives and day-to-day marketing activities while meeting deadlines with effective time management skills and following established approval channels and procedures
  • Assisting with campaign analysis and providing reports using web analytic tools and social media management tools
  • Managing the company’s apparel storefront and ordering items for outside team members as needed
  • Working with vendors to collect estimates, ordering company business cards, posters, banners, other print materials, tradeshow giveaways, etc. and ensuring product or service received is of the highest quality and represents our company with integrity
  • Organizing, assembling and sending of new employee welcome boxes and ensuring team member birthday and anniversary announcements are accurate and timely
  • Maintaining and updating marketing calendar
  • Monitoring and reporting of any brand compliance issues
  • Helping to maintain a company proposal database for consistent, accurate responses to requests for proposals, requests for information, etc.
  • Supporting the Business Development/Sales team in proposal writing and client-specific presentations, as needed

Qualification & Education

 

Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, journalism or another related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years progressively responsible work experience in marketing communications, social media marketing, advertising or another marketing/communications-related environment
  • Experience in multiple aspects of marketing that demonstrates creative thinking as well as critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator applications
  • Highly skilled in MS Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Publisher and Excel
  • Working knowledge of WordPress is a definite plus

  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing fundamentals for both traditional and internet/social/digital mediums
  • Ability to craft marketing content across all channels and touch points, including website, print communications and online communications
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization comfortably
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently but not afraid to ask for help in order to get the job done right, on time and within budget
