Chance Eiker, VP of Operations at eX² Technology, is a highly experienced fiber optic network engineering and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 15 years of experience overseeing complex communications and critical infrastructure projects for major corporations and government entities.

Chance oversees eX²’s Operations team as well as the execution of all of eX²’s fiber infrastructure projects for customers across the U.S. He has expertise spanning project management, outside plant (OSP) engineering, fiber optic network operations and maintenance, asset management, safety, customer relations and large-scale intelligent transportation systems (ITS) networks. Prior to eX², Chance served as Fiber Optic Utilities Project Manager for Illinois State Toll Highway Authority.

Chance holds a Bachelor of Science degrees in Physics and Mathematics from Lewis University. He received his PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
