Christopher Rabii, President and Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for all facets of Vivacity Infrastructure Group and its operating divisions – eX² Technology and Vivacity Networks. He joined Vivacity in 2024 bringing more than 25 years of digital infrastructure experience, with particular focus on revenue growth, high-performance team building, as well as the deployment, operation and maintenance of large-scale fiber networks in support of Private Enterprise, Carrier, Hyperscale and other B2B customers.

Chris formerly served as Chief Executive Officer at FiberLight, LLC until its sale to Morrison & Co. Before his tenure at FiberLight, he was SVP of Technology, Fulfillment and Operations at Altice Business. Prior to Altice, Chris served as SVP of Operations and Chief Technology Officer at Cablevision Lightpath and Vice President of Engineering at AboveNet Communications, Inc.

Chris is currently serving on the Board of Directors at Skywire Networks/Xchange Telecom.

Chris graduated from Rutgers University with a Ph.D. in Ceramic and Materials Engineering, focusing on specialty optical fibers.
