Elizabeth Bobadilla (Ely), Program Director of Transformation, is part of eX²’s IT, PMO and Transformation team. She brings a strong track record of project management excellence, cross-functional execution and successful program implementation. At eX², she leads transformative programs that enhance customer and employee experience, drive value creation and strengthen organizational performance. Ely partners closely with cross-functional teams to advance strategic initiatives and deliver meaningful improvements across the business.

As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Ely has nearly 20 years of experience spanning project management, contract administration, financial tracking, resource management and project controls. Throughout her career, she has managed complex customer projects, contract and subcontract requirements and financial reporting initiatives. She has also played key roles in major accounting and enterprise system transformations, bringing together teams, processes and technology to support successful implementation.

Ely holds a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University Northwest and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago.
