Frank Caccamo, SVP of PMO, IT and Transformation, has more than 17 years of network communications industry experience and provides leadership and strategic oversight of eX²’s program management office, information technology and network infrastructure integration projects.

Prior to eX², Frank led LightPath’s service delivery team where he spearheaded building and scaling the company’s service delivery organization, streamlining operational processes to achieve greater quality, consistency and scalability while providing fiber network solutions to enterprises, carriers and hyperscalers.

Before his time at Lightpath, Frank held senior leadership roles across the telecommunications and banking sectors, overseeing various functions, including information technology, program management and billing.

Frank holds a business degree from SUNY Geneseo, an MBA in Finance from Adelphi and a PMP certification.
