Jennifer Hockensmith, Director of Business Development at eX² Technology, brings more than 30 years of telecommunications industry experience spanning project management, business development and executive leadership. She specializes in wireless infrastructure, fiber optic networks, systems integrations and infrastructure development and commercialization, with extensive experience in site leasing, zoning, construction, network deployment and strategic account management.

Throughout her career, Jen has generated significant project sales, led large-scale wireless infrastructure programs and helped advance zoning policies to enable more efficient infrastructure deployment. She has worked with major wireless carriers, negotiated agreements, managed multi-million-dollar budgets and developed business and deployment strategies. In her current role, Jen leverages her extensive industry relationships and expertise to develop new business opportunities and drive interest in network assets.

Jen has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The College of William & Mary. She has held multiple leadership roles with the Illinois State Wireless Association (ILSWA), including Vice President, Board Member and Membership & Sponsorship Committee Chairperson.
