Jennifer Krantz, Director of Contracts at eX² Technology, has more than 20 years of contract management and compliance experience supporting public- and private-sector projects. She oversees the Contracts Department and is responsible for ensuring contractual obligations and grant requirements are met while managing contract and grant administration, correspondence, reporting, project records and subcontract documentation. Her expertise includes grant compliance, prevailing wage requirements, small business and minority participation requirements, negotiations, project tracking and technical writing.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has managed contracts ranging from $10 - $50 million. She also serves as a subject matter expert on prevailing wage requirements and has mentored and trained project management and contracts personnel in contract administration practices.

Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University and is a Certified Construction Document Technologist through the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI).
