Karen Miller, eX²’s Director of Commercialization, brings over 30 years of experience in network infrastructure asset commercialization and business development. She monetizes network infrastructure assets on behalf of customers, developing strategic partnerships and identifying opportunities to maximize asset value and generate long-term returns.

Her expertise includes conduit and dark fiber sales, right-of-way development, market and valuation analysis, contract negotiation and account management.

Throughout her career, Karen has built and managed strategic customer relationships, developed new revenue opportunities and supported more than $100 million in sales and capital projects. She has successfully negotiated and sold dark fiber infrastructure, consistently exceeded sales targets and received multiple awards for excellence in sales performance. Prior to eX², Karen worked for various carriers, providing account management and sales functions.
