Roger Brandenburg, Director of Estimating for eX² Technology, brings more than 25 years of fiber optic industry experience across large- and small-scale infrastructure projects for public- and private-sector clients. He oversees project estimating activities, drawing on extensive experience in project scheduling and management, outside plant (OSP) design, permitting and make-ready, utility locating, field data collection and contract negotiations.

Roger focuses on identifying cost efficiencies while maintaining project integrity, quality and schedule requirements.

Throughout his career, Roger has supported complex communications and critical infrastructure projects from proposal development to completion. His experience includes managing projects and subcontractors, designing fiber optic OSP and integrated security systems, coordinating permitting with local jurisdictions and developing OSP drawings.

Roger holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bellevue University, as well as an Associate degree in Architectural Drafting and Design from Metropolitan Community College. He is a Certified Fiber to the Home Professional (CFHP).
