Sam Chamberlin, Regional Manager - East, has been with eX² Technology since 2017 and brings nearly three decades of telecommunications and fiber optic construction experience.

He oversees the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects across the eastern United States, providing leadership across project management, engineering, construction, scheduling, resource allocation, safety and quality. Sam works closely with project teams and clients to ensure projects are delivered efficiently while identifying value engineering opportunities and maintaining high standards for safety and performance.

Throughout his career, Sam has managed large-scale fiber optic projects for public- and private-sector clients, including complex projects exceeding $30 million. His experience includes successfully delivered projects in highly secure and complex environments, including major seaports, power plants and substations.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
