Victor Loquercio serves as eX²’s Vice President and Controller, bringing more than 20 years of industry experience and a strong background in financial management and strategic planning. Victor plays an important role in supporting the financial strength and operational performance of eX².

Victor oversees the company’s accounting, billing, tax and treasury functions. He focuses on delivering sustainable improvements in efficiency, cost management and profitability while helping ensure the financial stability and resources needed to support the company’s continued growth.

Known for his ability to identify opportunities for improvement, Victor combines financial expertise with a strategic approach. His leadership helps position eX² to pursue new opportunities, strengthen operations and expand its presence in the telecommunications industry.

Prior to eX², Victor was employed at Terra Consulting Group as a Controller.

Victor has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Finance with a minor in Accounting from Elmhurst University.
